DAY 2 – Friday, May 16, 2025

Krie x Provir Expedition – GFW Boat Expedition

DAY SCHEDULE:

• 9:30 – Models arrive at Hotel Royal, Opatija (3\4 hairdressers, 3\4 makeup, prep)
• 11:00 – Outfit change for expedition
• 11:30 – Briefing with fashion coordinator and organizers
• 12:00 – Meet in front of Hotel Royal (boarding prep)
• 12:45 – Board speedboat, synchronized with main boat departure
• 13:00–14:00 – Sailing: photo/video shoot for designers KRIE DESIGN and VICTORIA LADEFOGED
• 14:00–15:00 – Arrival at fishing net recovery site, media shoot
• 15:00–16:30 – Sailing: photo/video shoot for designer JEFF GARNER (PROPHETIK)
• 18:00 – Models arrive backstage at Hotel Milenij, Opatija (3\4 hairdressers, 3\4 makeup, prep)

NIGHT SCHEDULE:

• 20:00 – Gala Dinner & Green Fashion Showcase
• 20:00–21:00 – Models pose for photos and videos before the dinner
• 21:00 onwards – Participation of models and GFW staff in the gala dinner with the GFW's design dress
• During the Gala Dinner, the trailer of Jeff Garner’s film will be shown, and he will give a brief speech before the screening

DAY 3 – Saturday, May 17, 2025

Green Fashion Week Activation + Workshop

SCHEDULE:

• 10:00–13:00 – Photo/video sessions
• 15:30–18:00 – Final fitting of all outfits 
• 18:00 – Final outfit changes, general rehearsal with backstage coordinators and design team
• 20:00 – Green Fashion Week Show begins! (public event) 
• 21:30 – End of the show, photo session for sponsors and designers; interviews and professional photos

DAY 4 – Sunday, May 18, 2025

Green Fashion Week Photoshoots

SCHEDULE:

• Historic villas and palaces (e.g., Villa Angiolina)
• HOTEL MILENIJ
• Seafront and coastline
• Natural parks and gardens
• Rocky beaches and coastal landscapes
• Historic hotels and iconic town squares
